Service Description

This package includes a professional sound system set up and DJ entertainment services for your ceremony and reception with up to 5.5 hours of performance. The additional hours to set up and break down already baked in--no additional costs. Dancefloor Lighting and Strobe Effects NOT included in this package. This package can be paid through ADIQUEST's FlexPay payment option for event bookings more than 3 or more months out. $1,229.99 / 4 payment installments = $307.50 per payment until paid in full. Here is what you get... 1. Multi Room / area set ups with audio equipment for music A typical example is a wedding recessional ceremony that requires audio in another location (i.e outside, another nearby room, etc.) different from the reception area. 2. MC / Event Hosting We will make the announcements throughout the event keeping your guests engaged and informed. We will also entertain when the dancefloor opens; not just press buttons and play music. Your guests deserve a good time. 3. Handsfree wireless mics aka lavalier mics for the officiant These special mics are virtually invisible allowing the officiant can be heard by the audience without the need to hold the mic with his or her hands. Please Note: We strive to create a worry-free service to you. We provide all the necessary equipment. No need for you to go out and purchase and / or rent audio equipment for your entertainment. We got you covered. Taxes, fuel, and travel fees also included in this package, but does NOT include parking and toll cost. Parking and toll costs must be paid separately. These services are offered in most areas of Georgia. We also perform DJ entertainment services in some parts of Alabama, North Carolina, South Caroline, and Tennessee. Please call 770.203.2677 for more information. Terms: If you decide to cancel your event, there is a $75 cancellation charge + the 67% paid deposit of the Total Agreement Price is nonrefundable. This nonrefundable portion is to reserve the date and to manage preparatory activities. A 21-calendar day written notice is required for cancellation of an event. If the event is canceled less than 14 days of the scheduled date, 80% of the Total Agreement Price is due to be paid. If ADIQUEST Music, LLC and / or our network of DJs representing ADIQUEST cannot render services due to an absence / cancellation, you will receive a refund. Once a deposit is paid, there is a $75 fee to change / reschedule to a new date.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your event after paid deposit or full payment, 67% of the Total Agreement Price is nonrefundable. Deposit payments are nonrefundable because your event date is now reserved / held. We also begin preparatory activities for your event. A 21-calendar day written notice is required for cancellation of an event. If ADIQUEST Music, LLC and / or its network of DJs representing ADIQUEST Music cannot render services agreed upon due to a cancellation / no show, a refund of monies paid will be granted. Once a deposit is paid, there is a $75 fee to change / reschedule to a new date.
