Agreement Terms & Conditions

 

Services performed by ADIQUEST Music, LLC and its network of entertainment DJs require a deposit (67% of the Total Agreement Price (TAP)) at minimum thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled event. ***Our agreements are NOT binding until a deposit and / or full payment of the TAP is made.*** The balance of the Total Agreement Price is due 8 days before scheduled event (not after the event) or any 8+ days prior to the scheduled event date.

***Note:  Parking and / or toll fees are the responsibility of the person(s) and / or entity booking ADIQUEST Music, LLC and its network of entertainment DJs. If parking and /or toll fees have to be paid, please advise of the costs and provide payment reimbursements via any of the payment options listed below (CashApp, Zelle, etc.) before your scheduled event date.***

***Note: Due to the agreement set forth to initiate services, payments in full will be due before the event starts; never after. Payment in full is expected because DJ entertainment services were rendered; not based on subjective feelings of how “well” or “not well” the event went based on DJ play style, attendance, opinions, and / or other factors.***

 

If you decide to cancel your event after paid deposit or full payment, 67% of the Total Agreement Price is nonrefundable. Deposit payments are nonrefundable because your event date is now reserved / held. We also begin preparatory activities for your event. A 21-calendar day written notice is required for cancellation of an event. If ADIQUEST Music, LLC and / or its network of DJs representing ADIQUEST Music cannot render services agreed upon due to a cancellation / no show, a refund of monies paid will be granted. Once a deposit is paid, there is a $75 fee to change / reschedule to a new date..
