Service Description
This package includes a professional sound system set up and DJ entertainment services for your Wedding Reception Party only with 3 to 4 hours of performance. The additional hours to set up and break down already baked in--no additional costs. ***Please Note: DJ Entertainment service for the ceremony is not included in this package.*** This package can be paid through ADIQUEST's FlexPay payment option. $1,249.99 / 3 payment installments = $416.67 per payment until paid in full. Here is what you get... 1. MC / Event Hosting We will make the announcements throughout the event keeping your guests engaged and informed. We will also entertain when the dancefloor opens; not just press buttons and play music. Your guests deserve a good time. 2. Dancefloor Lighting / Strobe effects. Plan on dimming the lights once the dancefloor opens? Dancefloor lighting with strobe effects are a great added touch to bring everyone to the dancefloor. We strive to create a worry-free service to you. We provide all the necessary equipment. No need for you to go out and purchase and / or rent audio equipment for your entertainment. We got you covered. Taxes, fuel, and travel fees also included in this package, but does NOT include parking and toll cost. These services are offered in most areas of Georgia. We also perform DJ entertainment services in some parts of Alabama, North Carolina, South Caroline, and Tennessee. Please call 770.203.2677 for more information. Terms: Services performed by ADIQUEST Music, LLC with Leon aka DJBlaxx requires a deposit (67% of the Total Agreement Price (TAP)). The deposit of 67% of the TAP is to be paid at minimum sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled event. The balance of the TAP is due 8 days before scheduled event (not after the event) or any 8+ days prior to the scheduled event date. If you decide to cancel your event, there is a $75 cancellation charge + the 67% paid deposit of the Total Agreement Price is nonrefundable. This nonrefundable portion is to reserve the date and to manage preparatory activities. A 21-calendar day written notice is required for cancellation of an event. If the event is canceled less than 14 days of the scheduled date, 80% of the Total Agreement Price is due to be paid. If ADIQUEST Music, LLC and / or our network of DJs representing ADIQUEST cannot render services due to an absence / cancellation, you will receive a refund. Once a deposit is paid, there is a $75 fee to change / reschedule to a new date.
Cancellation Policy
For services to be officially booked and confirmed, ADIQUEST Music, LLC and our network of DJ entertainers requires a non-refundable deposit of approximately 67% of the TAP (Total Agreement Price). Deposit payments are non-refundable because your event date is now reserved / held. We also begin preparatory activities for your event. ***Note: If you and / or your organization decide to cancel your event, 67% of the TAP (Total Agreement Price) is due to be paid. This 67% payment is due because we have to reserve / hold the date and manage preparatory activities. A written notice within 21 days of this scheduled event is required for cancellation. Cancellation notices received less than 48-hours of scheduled event, may result in 75% of the TAP to be paid. If your event is canceled on the date of scheduled event, 100% / full payment of the TAP (Total Agreement Price) is to be paid once Leon aka DJBlaxx and / or anyone representing ADIQUEST Music, LLC arrives on event site.*** There is a $150 fee to change / reschedule our services to a new date. ***If we at ADIQUEST Music, LLC cannot render services agreed upon due to a no show, a full refund of all monies paid will be granted.*** ***Note: Parking and / or toll fees are the responsibility of the person(s) and / or entity booking ADIQUEST Music, LLC and its network of entertainment DJs. If parking and /or toll fees have to be paid, please advise of the costs and provide payment reimbursements via any of the payment options (CashApp or Zelle) before your scheduled event date.*** ***Note: Due to the agreement set forth to initiate services, payments in full will be due before your event date before the event starts; not after. Payment in full is expected because DJ entertainment services were rendered; not based on subjective feelings of how “well” or “not well” the event went based on DJ play style, attendance, opinions, and / or other factors.*** Processing / Convenience fees of 5.25% are added after DJ entertainment services are confirmed with a paid deposit. These fees and any remaining balances are due to be paid approximately 14 or 14+ days prior to your scheduled event.
